Odesa administrators describe Odesa Limited is taking steps to reduce pollution why they believe this will be good for business. Briefly, climate change has moved from being a distant concern to representing a real and urgent issue for businesses environment and organizations regardless all shapes and sizes.

According to surveys, it has been estimated that 5 tons of CO2 are produced by every full time employee per year. In the challenge to work in the environment with out excessive of carbon, no business can ignore the impact of its activities on the local, regional and global environment. In the light of these, Odesa administrators firmly believe that not only is environmental concern essential for all responsible businesses, but that we are aiming to quickly move towards a situation where environmental performance will increasingly become a determining factor behind whether contracts and orders are won or lost.

The reality of this situation has become particularly apparent after Odesa recently undertook a comprehensive audit of its cleaning products consumption as part of plans to reduce the company’s affect to environment where odesa conduct it business. When assessing our impact on the environment no part of the business was overlooked. The whole plan was set up through an inter-departmental environmental management group so that all staff was involved in the process of analysis, discussion and decisions.

In particular The Odesa Limited will:

1. Product Responsibility
Consider the eco-friendly products while they conduct their business

2. Consumption of Resources
Odesa will consider resources through efficient use and careful planning.

3. Waste Management
Recycle materials wherever possible, minimize waste (especially hazardous waste) and dispose of all waste through safe and responsible methods.

4. Purchasing and the Supply Chain
Work with our suppliers to ensure that they recognize and reduce the environmental impact of their products and transportation.

5. Transportation
Through coordinated route planning and delivery schedules, seek to realize the dual benefits of reduced fuel consumption and lower exhaust emissions and; through coordinated planning and introduction of new schemes the company will seek to reduce emissions produced in travelling to work and to remote meetings.

6. Audit
Conduct an annual audit of our performance in implementing these principles, meeting our targets and in complying with all applicable laws and regulations
